Overview
Prodaigi is a youth football team management platform ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Prodaigi iOS application ("the App").
Prodaigi is intended for adult users only — coaches and parents. Players (minors) do not create accounts, log in, or otherwise interact with the App directly. Player profile data is entered by adult coaches for internal team management purposes only.
Who Uses Prodaigi
The App has two types of adult users:
- Coaches (Head Coaches and Coaches): Manage team rosters, create practice plans, draw plays, schedule events, and communicate with parents.
- Parents / Guardians: View team schedules, receive AI-generated training updates about their linked child, and communicate with coaches.
Children under 13 do not have accounts and do not use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from any child under 13.

Information Collected Automatically
- Device token (APNs): Collected when you enable push notifications. Used solely to deliver team notifications. Never shared with third parties.
- IP address and request metadata: Logged briefly by our server infrastructure for security and debugging. Not stored long-term or linked to your identity.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Location data
- Photos or camera access
- Health or biometric data
- Browsing history or cross-app tracking
- Any data directly from minors
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above solely to:
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session
- Display team rosters, schedules, plays, and messages within your team
- Deliver push notifications from your team
- Generate AI-powered practice plans and coaching summaries (for subscribed users) using OpenAI's API — only aggregated team context and first-name references are sent; no full personally identifiable information is included in AI prompts
- Process subscription payments via Apple's App Store (we do not see or store payment card information)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy — COPPA Compliance
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 13.
Player profile data (such as a player's name, position, and coach notes) is entered by adult coaches within a closed team environment. This data is:
- Accessible only to members of the specific team (coaches and linked parents)
- Never used for advertising or shared with third parties
- Deletable at any time by the head coach or by contacting us directly
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at greggrodgers.ii@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Port your data in a machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, email greggrodgers.ii@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days.
To delete your account in-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes all personal data associated with your account. Player profiles you created will be anonymized or deleted from the team roster.

Prodaigi uses the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

No third-party service receives your full account data. OpenAI prompts contain only team context and first-name references from player notes.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext
- All API communication uses HTTPS / TLS
- Authentication uses short-lived JWTs (15 minutes) with rotating refresh tokens
- Our server infrastructure is hosted on Hostinger with restricted access controls
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to greggrodgers.ii@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify users via the App or by email.
